All applications for membership should be made in writing. The membership application form can be downloaded below.
The filled in application can be returned to us by email: office@emhf.org , by fax: +32 2 230 3300, or by post: EMHF, 11 rue de l'Industrie, B-1000 Brussels.
Applications are decided by the Board of Directors. We will acknowledge receipt of your application within a few days and will let you know about the status of your application as soon as possible.
