European Patients' Forum

EPF is the umbrella group of pan-European patient groups active in the field of European public health and health advocacy. EMHF is a member of the European Patients' Forum.

Global Alliance of Mental Illness Advocacy Networks (GAMIAN Europe)

GAMIAN-Europe (Global Alliance of Mental Illness Advocacy Networks) is a non-political, non-sectarian organisation dedicated to publishing and promoting information and awareness concerning the incidence of mental illness and on its treatments available. EMHF is a member of GAMIAN Europe.

The International Society for Men's Health and Gender is a forum for scientific and public, international and national initiatives for men's health best known for organising the World Congress on Men's Health and publishing the Journal of Men's Health and Gender.

World Organisation of Family Doctors (WONCA EUROPE)

Wonca Europe is the European regional branch of WONCA. It has more than 30 member organisations and represents more than 45.000 family physicians in Europe. Wonca Europe has about 400 direct members. The society is the academic and scientific society for general practitioners in Europe. The aim of the society is to improve standards of care in General Practice/Family Medicine. The society aims to stimulate networking among GPs with an interest in professional development, research, education and quality improvement. To this end the society arranges an annual European conference and other meetings.

 

EMHF also maintains positive working relations with a number of organisations within the health industry.  These are major stakeholders of the improvement of men’s health and include Bayer-Schering Pharma, EFPIA, Bristol Myers-Squibb, Clinical Solutions, Novartis, Pfizer and Roche Pharmaceuticals.

EMHF is member of the industry-patient think tank of the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA) , the European Patients Forum (EPF), Gamian Europe and  of European Publich Health Alliance (EPHA).
