The first meeting of the EMHF's pioneering Network Advisory Group bringing together men's health groups from across Europe will take place after the Forum's board meeting in Brussels in January. The board meeting will be 11 January with the NAGM on 11-12 January 2005.
EMHF Director Erick Savoye said: 'The EMHF is now in a unique position to be able to encourage further international collaboration in the European Union, and following preliminary discussions with a number of leading groups about the notion of setting up a network, we will hold a Network Advisory Group Meeting on 11 and 12 January 2005.
'The aims of the meeting will be to establish the main objectives of the network, its operating rules, and to discuss about the organisation of a more important meeting that will take place during the second semester 2005, and which will gather all parties potentially in position to join the network.'
The board meeting will be the opportunity for the board members to meet and go through the outcomes of 2004 and the strategy for 2005. Both meetings will take place in the Renaissance Hotel, Brussels, Belgium
