Membership fees are reviewed annually and proposals for changes are subject to the approval of EMHF members. The fees above were approved by the Annual General Meeting of April 11, 2008.
Membership cycle
Membership runs from January to December. It is renewed automatically at the prevailing rate for current membership category unless a request for cancellation is made in writing.
Billing and payment
An invoice is sent to each member at the beginning of the membership period. Fees for memberships starting after this date are prorated to the number of whole months remaining in the year e.g. membership taken anytime in May would be billed for ½ of the full year amount, an in March for ¾.
Payment are currently accepted in Euros. Payment instructions are provided with the invoice. Bank transfers are usually most convenient. They are usually free of charge within the Euro zone. Please contact the secretariat for alternative modes of payment.

Exemptions
- Individuals continuously contributing significant time and expertise free of charge to EMHF.
- Other circumstances may be considered on a case basis, at the Board's discretion.
