At the pioneering lunch workshop at the European Health Forum in Gastein last month, the EMHF put man himself in the dock and charged him with endangering his own health.
But judge John Bowis MEP, left, found the defendant ‘not guilty’ although with a warning as to future behaviour.
The key inquisitor was Professor Ian Banks, president of the EMHF, right.
