Man in the Dock at Gastein

                                   

John Bowis At the pioneering lunch workshop at the European Health Forum in Gastein last month, the EMHF put man himself in the dock and charged him with endangering his own health.

Ian Banks But judge John Bowis MEP, left, found the defendant ‘not guilty’ although with a warning as to future behaviour.

The key inquisitor was Professor Ian Banks, president of the EMHF, right.

The expert witnesses, pictured below, were: Norita Wilson, senior consultant at the US-based health services company Integrity; Professor Siegfried Meryn, President of the International Society for Men’s Health (ISMH); and Robert Johnstone, Chair of People with Arthritis/Rheumatism in Europe (PARE).
