Central and Eastern Europe Network for Men’s Health was launched last month in Bratislava, Slovakia.
EMHF president Dr Ian Banks and director Erick Savoye were both there to address the meeting which was widely covered by the Slovak media. The event was opened by Stefan Horváth, the president of Real Men Slovakia.
The network, which is supported by the EMHF and will be part of it, is backed by major partners including Rotary International District 2240 (covering the Czech and Slovak republics), Real Men Slovakia and other non-governmental organisations and individuals.
The meeting also presented the Real Men Slovakia Award to Jan Breza, Professor of Urology at Bratislava’s Comenius University.
