Veronica Wray has joined the EMHF this month to assist the new full-time president Ian Banks. She becomes the main point of contact for all enquiries to the Forum.
Veronica, right, has spent over 20 years working in the charity and not-for-profit health sector of public relations.
She spent 5 years as Director of PR and Advertising for Diabetes UK, and 6 years as Director of Public Affairs at the National Pharmacy Association. During this time she was responsible for many award-winning advertising and PR campaigns including, the Diabetes Symptoms Awareness and Mother and Baby campaigns - the 2000 National Pharmacy Road Show and the successful Resale Price Maintenance campaign.
She set-up her own agency in West London in 2001 to manage the communications of many UK and International health charities, and she works closely with Ministers, MPs, MEPs and Government agencies, particularly the Departments of Health, the All Party Parliamentary Groups and Public Health organisations.
